Realistically, it's a poorly-coached 2-4 team on the road against a poorly-coached 1-5 team at home. It should be a close game. Vegas has this game at DEN minus one to two points. Seems about right but I give the momentum advantage to the Cardinals being the home team with some of the crowd cheering them on.
Tweety Birds 23, Donkeys 20.

We can win by a very slim margin. Denver has averaged a little over 20 points per game in 6 games. We also have averaged a little over 20 points per game in 3 games. I am talking about since Rosen took over and also including defensive points. Two things might give us the edge.
First, Denver got reamed by RB's the past two weeks. I can see why they got beat up by the run last week against Gurley. But the week before they got beat up by Crowell? Really? Not counting the Denver game, Crowell's average per game was 42.2 yards per game .4 touchdowns per game (4 touchdowns in 5 games).
If Johnson doesn't have a 100+ yard game against Denver, then perhaps he may not have many this year if at all. Can he break out in this game? Absolutely! If he does, then we have that edge on beating Denver.
The other edge we have is that Case Keenum has 8 interceptions and 4 fumbles to his 7 touchdowns for the year. That could play in our favor.
If neither of the above happen, then we probably lose this one. However, I really don't think we will get "our asses kicked". Denver is not that good, if they were, they would not have lost their past four games.

Not counting the Denver game, Crowell's average per game was 42.2 yards per game .4 touchdowns per game (4 touchdowns in 5 games). Time to invest in a calculator, brother. 4 touchdowns in 5 games is .8 touchdowns per game... not .4

Been thinking this as a 50/50 game all week and I was seriously going to vote for the draw on the fans poll. It seems like a 'season defining' game for all sorts of reasons (as posted by others on the forum). - It is winnable, at home, and on the national stage...
The pressure is on the players to perform and demonstrate a) that individually they are good enough b) that they care and have passion for their football team, their team mates, the owner, their coaches and you THE FANS. - The coaching team are obviously desperate for a WIN, full stop.
Forget these arguments about keep losing and get X person out of the club; keep losing and get the best pick for the next season. - I am new here, but I certainly have passion and I want us to win this game, win every time we possibly can and enjoy the moment. - They used to say in the children's playground when I was small at primary school (5 to 7 years old) "tomorrow never comes". How very true. I could go on...
On the national stage.... Go for it all you Cardinals. If you're going to the match shout and cheer like never before. Give those Broncos a hard time. Show everyone out there that the little old redbird has the biggest heart of all. It is easy to glory when things are going well. Clearly things are currently not. Let them all know we are the best come rain or shine...
My prediction - Broncos 24 - Cardinals 28 A close nerve wracking affair.
I just hope that the players give absolutely everything. - Let's do it, lets get this season rolling.

Be curious what the TV ratings will be for this game. Probably be the lowest Thursday Night game of the year. NFL probably wishes they could flex this game out but can’t happen.

His stats are actually 5 Touchdowns in 6 games. Still comes out to the .8 you mentioned.

Sun Devils & Cardinals play tonight. Did they think of the home fans when they came out with these schedules? I got season tickets to Sun Devils so I'll probably have to watch Cards game on my phone or catch a replay on NFL Network.

Draft Pick Bowl tonight. I want to see DJ be able to run all over these guys or I’m gonna start getting worried about someone I didn’t think I needed to worry about.
