I hate losing so I’ll never hope for a loss. I don’t care what anyone says about the firing of McCoy or first round picks. I wouldn’t be upset if our offense sucks again and our defense plays great then we win 10-9. The TD is defensive one or special teams one. McCoy would still be gone cause Denver sucks too! |

The great Kenny Rogers said "You gotta learn to play it right. You got to know when to hold 'em, Know when to fold 'em, Know when to walk away, And know when to run." Sun Tzu also has several passages in Art of War discussing the value of recognizing defeat. The bottom line is this: We can either have 1 horrible season....or 5 horrible seasons. The deciding factor is your willingness to concede defeat and do the SMART thing. |

I was going to post that myself, but you beat me to it. Those kinds of comments always add incentive to both the team and the fans to prove them wrong. I'm not saying he is wrong, but it will be so satisfying if we somehow manage to make him eat his words. And just let everyone know, our team has two more sacks than Denver. In fact, we are tied for fifth. I know, hard to believe but there it is. |

So Is this the game that DJ will have an ounce of pride and heart and really try. I absolutely hate his extension at this time as he is giving half effort out there. I see jogging and not trying, sad. Maybe he will give a crap Thursday night. SMH  Also why is this staff ignoring TJ Logan? Short on O-lineman and Clausell is inactive? Bring back Holden or Boehm now! |

Going 6-10 with a burst at the end would be the ultimate pyrrhic victory/ies if it led to "we're on the way up, steady as she goes!" from the Captain of the SS Cardinals. Post Haley firing in KC, interim guy Romeo Crennel led the boys on a thrilling defeat of Green Bay and got named the permanent guy because of the good feelz and that set their rebuild back at least a year. |

Hate when our team has to play on Thursday. At least its at home. I gave my tickets away. Can't take the day off to beat the horrendous traffic. Nothing I hate more than MNF or TNF games at home. At least with this game both teams had to travel. The recent Vikings/Rams TNF game had the Vikings traveling to LA while the Rams came off a home game. |
