They may have been expecting some further draft alliance/reciprocity, after last years help in the 1st. Just something new to talk about..

A draft alliance with our future neighbors in LV wouldn't be a bad thing, especially since they are in the AFC. The question is... who is beholdened to who? The Cardinals to the Raiders or is it Keim to Gruden? If Keim leaves, I'm guessing the next guy will say, "I don't owe them anything!"

I believe that the Cardinals got the better end of the draft day trade. At least on paper it appears that way. On the flight plan episode that covered the draft, it was definitely SK who put the deal together. SK was on the phone with the Raiders, not MB. Will the Cardinals reciprocate, who Knows. I think it’s the honorable thing to do.

You all may think we got the best of the deal because we got Rosen (TBD how good he is) and it seems we got best of it.
You aren’t looking at from Raiders point of view they may not have had any other offers on the table. They picked up extra draft picks and still took the guy they wanted at 10. That is a win for them.
People act like we took such advantage of them and they problaby just made the most of their situation. The player that was there at 10 was irrelevant to them because they didn’t want him.
