Niners or Seahawks? I am rooting for Seahawks, want to much distance between us and Niners. Besides we have two games with the Hawks right after bye. Would much enjoy burying them.

I want the Seahawks to beat the 49ers. But, I predict the 49ers will squeak by the Seahawks somehow. Probably a referee will penalize the Seahawks and the 49ers will get a gift FG to win it. Isn't that what the NFL wants anyway, to boost ad revenues? I will watch the game on Sunday Ticket.

A tie game would tickle me to tears.

I'll prefer them to win. - Simply, SF are our biggest rival for the NFCW in 2024.

Definitely the Seahawks ... 49ers are the team to beat who have the toughest schedule left in conference. A loss to Seahawks gives 49ers THREE losses already in the division which is the first playoff tie-breaker vs. the Cards (Cards are 2-0 in division).
49ers after this weekend must go ON THE ROAD to play vs. Packers and the Bills with a game vs. the Lions left on their schedule. Lions will be after revenge that week and the Cards get 49ers the following week (remember teams LOSE the week following their playing against the Lions).
Losing the 4 games above for the 49ers would allow Cardinal fans to root for the 49ers when they play the Rams and if the 49ers are out of the playoff chase the last game of season, I would think they would SIT PURDY to avoid him getting hurt before his big contract in the off-season.
P.S. 49ers just overpaid CB Lenoir so I am unsure when the pay Purdy how the heck they will manage the cap for 2025.

Seahawks
I think we can beat the Seahawks at least one out of the two games(I did make a bold prediction that we will sweep them). Not sure we can beat the 49ers with CMC back...the only good thing is that Aiyuk won't be playing in that last game...don't forget that Aiyuk had 147 Receiving Yards in the game against us...also...Jordan Mason had 89 Rushing Yards and 1 Touchdown in that game...how much better will McCaffery do than Mason did against us? It would be crazy if we sweep the 49er's....

Well Niners only 1-3 in West! Niners have brutal stretch coming up. Have Packers and Bills on road.

That was a huge loss for the 49ers today. We just have to focus one game at a time we can win the division. I’m liking where we are positioned in the NFC West the next few years. We have $98 million 2025 effective cap and our big free agents in ‘25 are Baker and Conner and ‘26 RT Williams and S Thompson. We have 2025 draft picks in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th. 49ers have $38 million and FA in ‘25 CB Ward and LB Campbell and ‘26 WR Samuel and TE Kittle. 2025 draft picks they have a ton with 11 picks but only 3 currently in top 100. Rams have $48 million and FA in ‘25 LT Jackson and WR Robinson and ‘26 RT Haverstein. They will also need to rebuild with a new QB soon. Rams do not have a 2nd or 5th rounder in 2025. Seattle has -$15 million cap and FA in ‘26 QB Geno Smith, WR Metcalf, IDL Jones, WR Lockett and TE Fant. They have no QB and are screwed. They have a full 8 picks in 2025.

Updated playoff chances on NFL.com:
Cardinals 63% Rams 15% Seahawks 21% 49ers 31%
But a lot can change in 7 games, and it looks to me like only one NFC West team makes the playoffs.

Rams very tough path 3. The seahawks have the easiest path of the three but two games against us. I am really liking our chances as long as we keep playing like we have the past 4 games.
