Yeah…I know the Jets are 3-6. Yeah…I know Rodgers is old and slower since he’s Achilles injury. Yeah…we Cardinal fans are excited about our 5-4 start and being in sole possession of first place. But…make no mistake about it. We have a deficient pass rush. Yes…we got (6) sacks last game. Yes…we displayed good coverage. Yes…we didn’t allow a TD pass in (2) straight home games. But Rodgers is no rookie QB. He studies film. He reads defenses and blitz packages like the HOF QB he is. He throws WRs to open spots in under (2) seconds like Kurt Warner did when he was a Cardinal. He uses the hard snap count like a master to get a free play against defenses. When he is on top of his game…it seems he knows what defenses are going to do before they know what they are going to do. The Jets are 3-6…but last week’s win may just have rejuvenated Rodgers to get back up on the horse and lead a very talented roster to a winning streak to put them back in playoff contention for a wild card berth. So…make no mistake about it…we lack an effective pass rush…and no matter the coverage…Rodgers will not hold onto the ball for 4-5 seconds…he will release the ball quickly…he will expose your coverages…your blitz packages…and your lack of a pass rush….in short…he will teach you…be prepared…be weary.

Piss on Rogers. In 2018 he lost the game against the Cardinals on purpose. It was a very close game late and several times at all he held the Packers at the line just letting the clock run. He wanted McCarthy fired and that's what happened. I lost all respect for him after that. If you don't believe me go back and watch the film

If you don't believe me go back and watch the film Don’t disagree with your feelings about Rodgers and what he did to McCarthy and/or Salah for that matter. But the point is…he is a very different animal than Williams…and at his best…a real problem for even the best of defenses…and their pass rush…

I think one of the Biggest keys will be keep Rodgers in long situations. That means stopping the run on first and second down. Also stopping his little quick passes.
If we get them in long down situations, I feel the defense will gain an advantage because there is little chance Rodgers takes off running.

He's been throwing a number of INT & getting sacked a lot more this year. Let’s see if we can continue our run in sack totals then.
