With his tenure and ability K1 can not slump and use excuses to under perform. Also, of greater importance is that of the team responsibility (team as per FO and coaches) to make the needed adjustments and have a solid structure and process to assist talented players to excel.

Summary: great talent as per players need great teams who have solid structure and process and coaches have to put players in position to make the layups and hold the players to a standard.
