Just read article on Azeez Ojulari suggesting that if the Giants continue losing, they might consider trading him for future draft capital. If we on the other hand continue to win enough leading up to the trade deadline I think he could be worth a shot.

I like this thread…I just don’t know if it is in this FO to flinch or the HC to demand FAs who are expected to save the season. They seem pretty satisfied they are starting to see all the snaps by players in 2023 who made the cut start to payoff in quality in game play.
We still haven’t seen Mack moved to more pass rush yet…they just patiently work their plan for the players and do not flinch…a thing of beauty in a way.

He's been flappin' in the breeze for months now. I don't know they suddenly have an interest or not....I'm guessing NO.

I remember how Gannon acted like he didn't share anybody's sentiment, that we seriously needed a pass rusher to replace BJO. He seemed quite comfortable with the haul MO & DS had brought in and like he had all the faith in the world in Gardeck, Collins and the others to hold down the fort for a month while DR and other guys healed up. "We're fine, in my opinion, you all are the ones that're worried". It's like he knows how things should click together when the "team" concept is in high gear and nobody out in fanville really gets it? I guess all we can do is sit and watch the games and see how things unfold.

They wouldn’t turn down any extra help. It’s up to the GM and monti has been sitting for weeks now

IMO I trust the man who has done a fine job thus far.

Way too happy about their situations to possibly upset the apple cart by demonstrating a lack of confidence.

I have several thoughts on this. First, honestly don't see Reddick wanting to return to the cardinals. It still has to sting him just a little that the Cardinals who drafted him we're not the team that gave him his first big contract. Second, honestly don't think that Monty would want to give up much in the way of draft capital for Reddick or any of these players for that matter. And lastly, Buddha Baker's play is going to have a direct influence on whether or not Monty Mike's a trade for a pass rusher. He is the one player that the Cardinals could move and expect to get reasonable draft picks in return. Baker has played great so far this season but he is on the downside of his career. I could see a scenario in which the Cardinals trade Baker to get draft picks and then make a trade for a pass rusher.
Let's not forget also that are supposed starting right tackle Williams is out and beacham now has a bad hamstring. If beacham is unable to go for a couple of games the Cardinals might look to improve their offensive line depth as well

Regarding Budda, I think it's going to depend on whether we continue to win leading up to the trade deadline, not how well "he" plays. Budda is gonna continue to play solid and be a difference maker. Right now he's an anchor on defense.....if the situation around him crumbles or stagnates, he will then become an expendable asset to help fix areas of other needs. This is why the guy is always referred to by critics and analyst as a bargaining chip. But IMHO.....he should retire a Cardinal just like Fitz.
