What some of the Bills’ fans are saying/forecasting. . . .

===================================
Curtis Samuel will be a welcomed addition to the team. Will surprise a few.
Bills 28
Cards 26
Bills - 23
Cardinals - 20
Lots of offensive struggles for the Bills as they are trying to mesh all the new pieces, but the run game is a big strength to lean on. The defense dominates for most of it, but gives up a few big plays. The Cardinals have a late score to make it look closer than it actually was.
Cards don't have the talent on D to keep up with Bills..regardless of who receivers are.
See a lot of soft shell zone and tons of blitzing by the birds hoping for mistakes...so expecting a relatively low scorer.
Bills fans will be frustrated how many times Murray breaks contain and runs for the first down on 3rd and long...and our kicker misses that game icing field goal near the end...but its not enough.
Bills triumph 20-15
Cards 27
Bills 17
The Bills tend to start out sloppy in week 1 under McD. I think that trend continues this year
Bills 31 Cards 27.
===========================================================
High scoring affair. Bills defense struggles with Murray's legs and McBride at TE. Bills offense gets in rhythm with a balanced run and pass game. Bills squeek out a win despite Bass missing 2 FGs.
Not pretty but a win is a win.
Bills 27 Cards 24.
The Buffalo defense will baffle us versus an average opponent as they get gashed more times than seems reasonable, but they hold on for the W.
Cards 27 Bills 17... typical sluggish mcdermott unprepared team poopies their little undies vs an inferior opponent. The micro midget murray is made to look like a a tiny cam newton. Good luck, Hamlin. 🙄
Bass kicks 10 field goals.
Bills win 30-27
I’ve actually got the Cards ML here.
Think they will be much improved and weapons will expose us over the middle. I like Gannon the coach.
24 Cards
20 Bills
ARZ - 19
BUF - 20
Allen 1 Rushing TD + 2 Passing TDs
Kincaid & Knox 1 Receiving TD each
Cards 1 TD + 4 FG
Bills 23
Cards 17
Cards get an early 7-0 lead but Buffalo goes into half up 13-7 on the back of an Allen TD to Knox and a Gilliam TD run from the goal line (Bass misses the extra point). The Bills get the ball out of half and get a TD on a 6:30 min drive which Shakir does his thing on a nice 30 yard TD, but the Cards come down field and get a FG to make it 20-10 heading into the fourth. The offense again gets a lengthy drive but it stalls and Bass hits a 41 yard FG to make it 23-10 with 9 mins to go. The Cards hang around as they score on a McBride TE on 4th down with 5mins left to close the gap to 23-17. The offense is able to run the clock out and the Bills win a close game that has the locals feeling a little nervous after.
Allen 303 yds 24-34 2 TDs 15 yards rush
Cook 72 yards 14 att
Shakir 91 yards 8 rec 1 TD
Groot 2 sacks
his game has smelled funky to me for a few weeks.
Arizona - 24
Bills - 16
I agree.
People will likely not be rational at the notion of anyone predicting a Bills loss, but this is a young Bills team that will need some time to jell and find its identity.
I predict a week 1 Cardinals upset, something like 20-17 Cards after two missed Tyler Bass field goals.
I foresee the usual plot with this team playing out again this year: hovering around .500 at midseason, only to see them reel off a string of late season victories -- as they seem to do every single year -- and claim a Wild Card spot or division crown, looking dangerous as they head into the playoffs.
