Bills play up or down to their competition at times like all teams can. Last year they lost their opener to the Jets. The answer to your question is they can be beat and the Cards can beat them. I like the attitude of the team leaders like K1, White and Jones...they are ready to prove to everyone that the Cards are better than many expect...they can still lose, but I will be looking to see if they are sound or not sound in the way they play...win or lose. If the Cardinals lose, and an Arizona color analyst says, "That was a moral victory," I'm throwing a boot at the 65" TV. I don't accept that a lose has anything to do with morals, principles, policies, or politeness. Losing is for LOSERS. Dot. Out. I’ll be throwing a boot at my 50” tv. But my boot is bigger, if ya know what I mean!

In my humble opinion the Cardinals have a chance in this game but if they get behind and it's going to get ugly I wonder how many seconds will Josh Allen have to sit the pocket before Monti actually does something. It’s frustrating the most That is the scary million-dollar question for the next 4 games or more. Gardeck seems to play well early in the season but he is streaky in his sacks. Zaven needs to prove his worthiness of a number 1 that high.

Couple of things to note --
1) Weather will be very nice football weather in the low 60's, no rain for Sunday however winds between 15-25 MPH. Of course it will matter if it is a cross-wind or a wind aiding one side one direction but being in the face of the other team. The wind could create a little more havoc with the new kickoff rule since Prater in pre-season kicked one short of the 20 yd line and so the opposing team got to start at their 40 yd line. Obviously the direction of the wind could make FG's and Extra Points more challenging.
2) Watching the 2 NFL games already played, it seemed to me there were a lot of blown coverages accounting for big plays. I believe that favors the Cardinals as the Bills have a new DC and a lot of changes in their secondary whereas the Cardinals kept all their coaches and have vets Budda and JT making sure the corners know what they are doing (hopefully!).
3) My defensive X-Factors are JT, Mack Wilson and Garrett Williams. JT because the Bills in passing game early in the season will rely on TE's. Mack Wilson will be key in run game to stop plays where their RB gets to 2nd level hopefully limiting any run plays to 4-5 yds and not 8-10+ yards... might also see Mack Wilson used as a blitzer or outright lined up as an edge rusher on obvious passing downs. G. Williams will be matched up pretty often with their main returning vet of the Bills WR corp - Shakir.
4) I expect Trey McBride to get a lot of targets especially with the inexperience of Bills' safeties.
5) Ultimate key is which teams' DL can limit big plays in running game as both OC's like to establish the run and take play action shots.
Would love to see Cards jump on them early to take down the effect of the Bills Mafia. Nothing like being in a stadium where the home fans think the team coming in is an easy "W" and having your team fail to perform well vs. that team. 80K Bills fans feeling angst and frustration into the 2nd half can create the need for the home team to take unwarranted chances to only further their problems.
From the Cardinals standpoint, noting the first 6 games on their schedule this game is actually crucial. Most teams break down their schedules into "quarters" and a victory over the Bills makes it highly possible the worst the Cards will be after 4 games is 2-2. I am highly interested in the Rams - Lions game since the Rams are Week #2's opponent. Rams have secondary personnel on IR and no Aaron Donald who has been KM1's kryptonite. Hope the Lions beat them up Sunday night and expose their defense.
