Hello FL; this substitute-GM was about to agree a deal with the Giants and move down #6. The 'forum has spoken' and prefer this option to picking Marvin Harrison #4 (currently five votes to three, see other thread).
The Cardinals are shortly on the clock and need to make a decision soon. - Is there any last minute change of heart within the forum fanbase and move away to another trade option?
I'll hand the keys back for you to decide our next move (if you require any help please let me know).

The good thing Is that Unlike Steve Keim I haven't figured out how Monti draft's his players yet. I would get Keim's picks right quite often Isaiah Simmons, Byron Murphy Dorian Johnson, Evan Boehm. Unfortunateky, Simmons had all kinds of athleticism but couldn't turn his hips properly. I remember that draft day well Dry Heat wanted Derrick Brown, Others wanrted CeeDee Lamb that day I got it wrong, I did redeem myself last year when I said Sam Laporta was the guy to draft in the 2nd. He shined as the best rookie of all time at tight end FOR DETROIT (UGH).

Okay FL; time is running out.
The #4 pick has been decided, the Cardinals trade with the Giants down to #6 and JJ McCarthy is already on the plane to New York.
Next up is the Charges #5. - I would suggest THREE votes are required from forum members for this important pick. - I'll start the ball rolling...
#5 - LA Charges - Malik Nabers

FLCF,
I figured out how MO likely racks and stacks players at the Draft and Free Agency. At the presser on Friday morning (see YouTube), MO talked a lot about processes. He mentioned the Analytics Department staff crunching numbers at about the same time he mentioned the college scouts traveling the country to gather player names and their data. During the Kingsbury era, analytics was mentioned often. The analytics context was about KK's playcalling. Yesterday, MO implied that the Analytics Department staff works hand in glove with the scouting staff to evaluate player talent. That was a tipoff to me about how MO uses new data.
I recall an NFL promotion discussion in 2023 about the player's uniforms being connected to WiFi. The player's performance data is collected and analyzed. Access to the NFL data is limited--probably purchased by teams. We also saw Murray participating in a data collection process when he wore the man bra. His data was used by himself and maybe the doctors evaluating rehab.
I have no idea how SK selected players. Whatever process he used is not being used by MO. That we know. I haven't seen one monkey with a dart since Keim was fired/retired.

ARZ takes the "theoretical second-best WR" plus has another high pick to use from the NYG trade. I'd take that trade to the bank.

I remember it well too. The Panthers grabbed D Brown the pick ahead of us, so there was nothing we could do about that. I’d only be bitter if we had passed on him. He’s a top 20 player now. CeeDee AND Justin Jefferson went quite a bit later. And Simmons was seen by the national press as a draft “steal”. I got on board with Simmons the moment we picked him, as I try to do as a fan. I’m actually surprised he didn’t work out at some position. A rare athlete. Football positions are interesting things. Each position’s size, body type and athleticism is almost down to a science. My biggest issue with Simmons and our first pick the following year was that we were taking relatively low paid positions (ILB) with premium first round picks. I blame Keim for that. Should only take QB, LT, Dline/OLB studs, or possibly CB/WR studs that high. And I always love the big athletic giants on the lines.
