I wonder how much is nothing but smoke ? I see the T's as the deepest position so we can get one later I think the wr's are second Then edge rushers. I think we get the Wr and go edge rusher 2nd unless we find them some other way other then the draft for the edge rusher. I think we are in for some surprises this draft just too much smoke out there.

I remember Mike Mayock saying the two best pro days for Qb's he ever saw was Blaine Gabbert and Jamarcus Russle and had them both going very high in the draft both turned out to be bust's. I think we are seeing that this year.

I think we are seeing that this year. Mathematically, if 50% of QBs drafted are busts, it stands to reason that if 6 QBs are drafted in the 1st Round, 3 teams are going to be really sorry by the end of the next season, 2 teams might scrimp by with their QBs and end up with an OK backup, and 1 team might actually have a good QB. Last years #1 QB in CAR is not a bust YET but has a lot to prove to convince people he was worth the #1 pick. The #2 QB in HOU is doing a lot better, maybe because he's got a better Offense to work with. Williams is the most likely to succeed per rookie QB forecasters. The rest of 'em is a crapshoot.

There's not a single OT that's a guaranteed prospect. Some are expected to be good of course, but 80% of the OT's could flame out. That's not happening with this year's WR class. There will be WR's taken in the 2nd round that would be first round picks most years. It's why I expect us to draft not one, but two WR's. And I see that happening even if we trade down to say 11 and miss out on the top 3 WRs. I don't expect us to miss on the top 3, but on off chance we did, we could still end up taking Bowers, then coming back for Adonai Mitchell and Jerry Rice's kid. People are spending far too much time worried about what we are doing at WR. That's the least of my worries. I'd be a lot more worried about who we end up drafting for OL/DL because that's where we are much more likely to miss out by drafting the wrong guys.

From what I have seen There is faster drop of in Wr's over Tackles IMO.

There's as much hype to the NFL draft as anything. It bores me to death and the even itself is severely overrated.
That being said QB's are the most valued position in the NFL by far. Probably the most important one position in all of sports for the value they bring. Teams will desperately move up the draft just hoping to get a guy that MIGHT be good enough . I don't think it's hype in the sense you won't see the QB's at the top of the draft. you will for sure. It can really sink your hopes drafting the wrong guy unless you're San Fran and there it doesn't seem to matter.
