Wilson is a great signing and a better Reddick type option for much less money. The need for an edge rookie, unless a big body type is of little need in the 2024 draft.

What Wilson did the Cardinals sign? Typical iron man type player as per availability over high snap counts in the last two years Mack Wilson. He was a 3rd down specialist in NE last year only 300 snaps, but high motor…hard hitter downfield aggressive player with 9 hurries, 5 sacks and a batted ball in those limited amount opportunities. Similar size as Reddick and can play ILB and has been used both as the OLB or ILB to rush passer or drop in coverage and proficient at both. 26 years old, he can play off ball with White or slide to edge in pass downs as a OLB. Has played for Cleveland and NE, so has been around great defensive coaching and players.

In the latest Press conference with Mack Wilson, he said another team (New England) offered him the same money Monti offered him and he chose the desert and he bought his mom a home by his home in Houston.
He opened up about his mom raising five children, his new contract was life-changing money for him. He lived in homes, hotels and out of a car at times. This is where athletics has a very positive impact on individuals and communities.
He begged Bill in NE to let him rush the passer after their defense had injuries. In a limited number of snaps and he had 3 sacks over three games in 2023. A very good win rate. He is excellent in coverage as well...versitile and he respects the coaching staff and White.

Solid depth signing. Available in double digit scheduled games his entire pro career. Wilson is a Monti/Gannon guy. Mack Wilson will produce in this Cardinal culture.

Report came out they signed Mack Wilson jr, but I don't see anything on the Cards team page now? Cardinals officially announce 6 free-agent signings
The Arizona Cardinals announced the signings of six outside free-agent additions on Thursday. Arizona officially signed offensive tackle Jonah Williams, cornerback Sean Murphy-Bunting, linebacker Mack Wilson Sr., running back DeeJay Dallas and defensive tackles Justin Jones and Bilal Nichols.
Reading the article, once again a common theme pops up with these signings. All guys who played majority of their games.
Justin Jones Jones started every game for the Chicago Bears the past two seasons
Bilal Nichols
The 28-year-old Nichols heads to the Valley after spending the last two seasons with the Las Vegas Raiders. He started all 17 games in back-to-back seasons for Las Vegas
Jonah Williams Williams spent the first three years of his NFL career at left tackle but played all 16 games on the right side this past season for the Cincinnati Bengals
Sean Murphy-Bunting
Projected as a starting corner, Murphy-Bunting appeared in 14 games for the Tennessee Titans last season (He started all 14 games he played in last year)
DeeJay Dallas Doesnt say in article, but looking at career stats, he has hardly missed a game
Mack Wilson Sr Doesnt say in article either, but he played in every single game for the past 2 seasons with the Pats
