I saw this bird online this morning. The Audubon Society is promoting springtime bird watching ๐ in early 2024. I'm trying to load the picture from my phone. Stand by. Got it loaded. The Audubon Society calls this cute critter a Pyrrhuloxia Bird. The bird is common to southwest US and north Mexico. Imagine if Mike Bidwill called the team the " Arizona Pyrrhuloxia's." People would say, "What is that?" I prefer Cardinals.

Looks like a female Cardinal here in W.IL. except for that exaggerate head piece/tuft.

I don't know if I'd like to run into one of these or not... I love the Shoebill Stork. A few years ago, I came across a video about them. I had no idea such a bird existed. A weird and even scary bird. Apparently, they get along well with humans...no idea what he is saying, but they seem to like each other. link
Perhaps some NFL team that needs a new name might consider the Shoebill....lol
