In making a casual purchase online I "met" a guy who has some similar interests in
amateur radio and radio frequency equipment design and construction.
It turns out he is a retired engineer who designed and set up the current earthquake
monitoring/predicting hardware now being used, and which operates at such
low frequencies that it is nearly of no frequency at all.
He has specialized in Low and Ultra Low Frequency work in his professional life.
After doing a bit of reading about brain waves, their frequency range, and then wondering
whether the current issues with ADHD and OCD and other brain impediments might
be somehow influenced by technology-generated frequencies, I asked this qualified
gentleman what he could offer in the way of his personal observations and experience
when working in the field.
Below is his short response - which I suspect is intentionally limited in scope and not
likely to be expanded upon later: I do not intend to press the matter further with him,
but would bet he has much more he could say, if he were free to do so.
(REPLY FROM XXXXX:)
"Electromagnetic energy at brainwave frequencies mess with us. Big time.
Our brains work like a Phase Lock Loop circuit. Whatever external signal
is out there, if it is strong enough our brain locks onto it and our brainwave
activity changes to a dominant frequency matching it."

So, considering that we humans are bombarded with radio and sub-radio
frequency signals from all kinds of sources these days, it is not unreasonable
to question whether technology has triggered mental issues, particularly with
embryos/babies/children whose brains are in the developmental stage. It could
influence or prevent proper growth of brain structure and operation - hence be a
source of the maladies mentioned above - which was my original interest.
Or, to enable brain control by outside sources or even "thought reading".
With the advent of AI, that is not beyond reason, IMO. After all, the brain
works with electrical impulses and must radiate some small amount of it to the
surrounding area. Ergo, it can both transmit and receive if properly assisted.
All that remains to allow voiceless communication is decoding the waves,
which equals what mental telepathy would accomplish were that possible.
Can you picture a tiny receiver/transmitter worn in the ear (for example) as the
next big thing from Google or Apple? A built-in bit of tech, a small app, and
presto, we would have 'Mentacom'. It would need a on/off switch or filter though,
or else strictly personal thoughts could become public immediately.
Are we creating generations of defective brains through our ignorance or hubris?
Have government agencies or black budget contractors already experimented and
developed operational systems to control the brains of humans?
If so, would this explain the great surplus of unrest and the general irritability
of the world population?
Are we near the point of being subjected to mind control, or is it a fact already?
We have no biological shield from outside inputs at brainwave frequencies, and
would be unaware of even being so influenced - accidentally or intentionally.
Scary stuff, IMO. Great fodder for a novel sequel by End Zone? (small fee accepted)
