Since I know next to nothing about the Suns....I got to ask....who is the famous Card that is a part owner? TC STARTS AND ENDS WITH A 1 < hintOk....At first I was confused with your hint...then it hit me....#11 Larry Fitzgerald. I guess he is rich enough to invest in pro team...lol. But then I wondered what percentage did he buy....well I looked around....no definite answers, but I did find this.... "The NBA reportedly mandates that all new minority owners buy at least a 1% share. Forbes’ last estimate valued the Suns at $1.5 billion. That’d put Fitzgerald’s minimum buy-in at $15 million."
Fitzgerald buys share of Phoenix Suns

Since the Suns whacked the Lakers, I'm okay letting this thread ride on the Cardinals thread for awhile. Enjoy the moment, Suns fans. You have waited a couple decades for this. Hey its Cardinals related...seeing how the most famous card of them all is a part owner..lol ;-) good point

I've had the same nerve "stinger" in my shoulder and arm (left arm vs. his CP3's right arm) -- it lasted for weeks as I went to Chiropractors and also rec'd electrical shock on the nerve. I got desperate willing to try anything and for less than $20 (probably is $25 now - 10 yrs later) bought a "traction" device on Amazon (pulley system with a weighted hot water bottle weighing about 15 lbs on the other end). On the opposite end from the filled-up water bottle was a head strap device that went under the chin -- sit in a chair while the weight on other end stretches up your neck. I only needed four (4) 10 minute sessions using this thing and it released the nerve from compressing against my upper back's vertebrae -- after the nerve released I was able to do 100% of my previous activity About 9 mos later I got the same shoulder jarred again and felt the same shooting pain -- this time it only took (2) 15 minute sessions and it relieved the pain completely once again. Thank goodness I've never needed to use it again since -- Hope someone has mentioned this to CP3 as doctors' will give all kinds of advice on far more expensive and quite possible less effective methods of dealing with this issue. GO SUNS !! P.S. It is laughable that the Suns solution for CP3 is use of Kinesiology tape -- can someone mention this device (does anyone know CP3's reps or someone at the Suns office ?) above as I guarantee it'll cure the problem in less than 36 hrs.

Not looking good. The injury to Paul was devastating. NBA teams, with five players on the court, cannot withstand the loss of one of their stars.

Not looking good. The injury to Paul was devastating. NBA teams, with five players on the court, cannot withstand the loss of one of their stars. We'll see -- some things to look for on Sunday: - Hopefully Scott Foster will not be one of the refs Sunday as CP3 noted 11 games in a row he & Mr. Foster have had words and calls resulting in CP3's team has lost 11 in a row.
- Suns get to sit in LA for about 70 hrs. and hear the locals and national media tell them the series is over and talking about who the Lakers will meet in next round.
- One of these games the Suns will shoot over 40% from 3 point stripe -- I think Sunday will be the day.
- Monty Williams needs to get a technical foul in the first half Sunday and go off on the refs OR he needs to pull a Phil Jackson and elude to the # of FT' points AD is getting in a press conference this weekend.
- I posted on this thread how CP3 can be 100% by Sunday as I've had his injury twice -- I have had it confirmed that my $25 cure info has been directly told to CP3 as of late yesterday afternoon. If he employs the traction device he'll be much better in 24-36 hrs .. we'll see. I think it will give the team a huge boost for Sunday if he is back to 100% as last night's game looked like a team who knew it's leader was down.
- If CP3 can be 100% Sunday then that will also slow down Schroder who is killing the Suns.
I am hoping CP3 tries the traction device and he is back to 100% ... then the main question will be -- can Booker and the Suns overcome the Kardashian curse ?? lol

As mentioned in my original post, the key to this series was Ayton's play and how they handle Davis. If Ayton could do well and they keep Davis in check, this series would be theirs. Game 1 they did just that, but last 2 games Davis has stepped up and Ayton has not done a good job on him. Last night Ayton was a -14. Game 2 he was a -5. To compare with success, in game one he was a +16. Compare that with Davis who was -18 in game 1, +6 in game 2 and +11 last night. Not hard to see what needs to be done. I havent even watched a single Suns game in the past 5+ years and I know what needs to be done...

Davis goes down with groin injury and Suns dominate after. I sound like a broken record, but he is the key for the Lakers. If Suns stop Davis or in this case an injury, Lakers cannot beat the Suns. First game they stopped Davis and they won, last 2 Davis did very well and Lakers won. Today Davis goes out whole second half and Suns beat them to even series. This is not rocket science folks... Lebron cannot do it without another super star. Every team he has success with had at least one other healthy super star. Not a knock, Jordan had Pippen.

Honestly, all LeBron has done is collude with NBA talent. Miami then back to Cleveland with Irving and Love. Now with the Lakers and Davis. James is desperate to validate his legacy against Jordan's (imo).

BTW I love watching black and white sports network on youtube if that tells you anything...

Hot damn suns..good game and don't buy into the AD injury being the key. We been playing without Chris paul...so stick that up your rear I haven't been this reved up since I met Tom chambers in Payson years ago I'm not a big guy nor small either ...im about 6'2 and 210...but when Tom shook my hand and my whole arm disappeared...all I could think of was that song..short people got no reason to live
