For those who like wild high scoring fantasy leagues

This is going to be a fun league, I can feel it. Less teams will let you scoop up the players you couldn't draft in the big leagues. Get it while the gettin' is good.

or are you just concerned you'll like it too much? You might be surprised how easy the app or webpage makes it to manage your team. Sure, adding and dropping players throughout the season is a way to get some advantage, but with a good draft (simply choosing the next suggested guy up during the draft isn't the best strategy, but it isn't the worst either) you can be plenty competitive just by deciding each week who to play and who to bench.

The biggest challenge I see with getting a board fantasy team together might be finding a good time for people to be available for the draft (which might take about 30-40 minutes, all in). Is that a factor keeping people from deciding to get in on it? What times work best for most people? weeknights? late afternoons? 

I am hoping still we get a few players.  I would even start the league with 4 players just for fun and experimentation.  Maybe even add an extra starter at rb and wr.
