At what point does a team just go for a top 5 pick? I'll bite. For Arizona, after Game 16. There is no slack in Coach Wilks' attack.

At what point does a team just go for a top 5 pick? Considering Ed Oliver is a top 5'er this year, id say if we start 0-4. Id absolutely tank a season for Ed Oliver. Hes the closest thing ive seen to Aaron Donald. Guaranteed star, walking HOF'r immediately. Some guys are just special and Ed is special. And Allah knows we need the help on our DL.

I am truly baffled when thinking of how to explain the connection between the cards and rams. They have historically beat the snot out of us, from a physical standpoint, and it hasn't changed since a new D coordinator had taken over. I used to think the previous D coordinator encouraged a nasty hitman mentality but that sentiment has seemed to follow the ram to Loas Angeles
....someone light a candle for team.
Can anyone shed some light why the RAMS seem to always beat the #$%@ out of us?

I expect to get destroyed by the Rams but anything can happen.... it's a division opponent and a win could change everything. My guess is 41-10... if this happens most fans and the talking heads will be wanting Rosen to start next week. Many already do.

Second, the Cardinals don't get to chose which NFCW team does the butting -- Rams are particularly dangerous to Avians.

Who's beating whom for a decade? Of note, the two teams are dead even on head to head games the last four years, 2014-2017. The Rams took 2 games in 2017. I don't see that trend changing in 2018. Flip it in 2019 though when LA chokes on contracts.

There is no slack in Coach Wilks' attack. hw wasn't trying to get blown out last week, but its not exactly like he has any control over it so the result is the same. he's another buddy ryan. the only thing the cards guaranteed hiring wilks is high draft picks for the next coach. I fully expect to hear "and with their pick the Arizona cardinals make ____ ______ the 1st over all selection of this years nfl draft" next summer. by the draft trade formula 1 1st round pick this year is worth the next 2 years of draft picks. the cards should trade the number 1 draftpick of 2019 to the worst team for their 2020 and 2021 picks. then next year trade both our picks again for a couple of '21 and '22 picks. trade all 3 '21 picks for 22 and 23 picks. that will give the new coach 6 1st rounders in 22 and 6 more in 23 or about 20% of the draft to build a winner. what ever the biggest need will be we can get the best from the draft and some of our 2-7 rounders will work out so the 12 first rounders added should be able to win the '23 superbowl and have us set for a decade to come. and who knows we might be able to trade the '24 32nd pick over all to clevland for the #1 pick of '25.

The rams hurt-beat(physically)-bring pain-injure the cardinals. Yes, some may say the W is what's important in the end but these guys have a knack for taking our players out with injuries. ...consistently.

As I read the trade your multi-drafts strategy, I started thinking about win-less Cleveland. Behold, you beat me to the punchline. Sinking to Cleveland's status for any reason is just so wrong.

Can anyone shed some light why the RAMS seem to always beat the #$%@ out of us? We were more of a suave team, they were more of a punch you in the face kind of team. You can only duck and run for so long before getting punched in the face. I'm not sure what we are now. I'm actually looking forward to this weekend's game. I'm hoping to see some kind of improvement even though I still think we get our butts kicked.
