I'm done with DEN.
I'm still thinking MIN offers 3 1sts and something else for #4. I'm optimistic here. NYG might offer 2 1sts and something else for #4.
Next issue: Does CB Wiggins fall to #27? That's my biggest CB question ahead of tomorrow night's Draft. I prefer CB DeJean wear Red/White for ARZ, but there is no way he's sticking around that late (#27). Some folks also don't see DeJean playing CB full-time in the NFL. His body is not perfect for the CB job, so says some physics guys.
Daniel Jones
2018
2674 Passing Yards
22 Passing TD's

3 Rushing TD's
2017
2691 Passing Yards
14 Passing TD's
11 Interceptions
518 Rushing Yards
7 Rushing TD's
J.J. McCarthy
2023
2991 Passing Yards
22 TD's
4 Interceptions
202 Rushing Yards
3 Rushing TD's
2022
2719 Passing Yards
22 Passing TD's
4 Interceptions
306 Rushing Yards
5 Rushing TD's
So, after you look at the stats of Daniel Jones and J.J. McCarthy, they show that both were pretty equal in the final two year of their college careers. What seperates the two. The difference is that Daniel Jones took the Giants to the Divisional Round in 2022. He did that at the NFL Level, not the college level. McCarthy has yet to prove he can do that...
I just don't see the Giants trading up for a QB that had equal stats in college when they already have one. And they just gave him the big contract. Now, I think there would be a greater possibility that they would trade up to the #3 pick to select one of the 3 QB's who all had much better college stats than either Daniels or McCarthy.

Since we are talking about trade up from teams for our #4 pick, I have to mention the Vikings here.
Some here on the forum are thinking the Vikings will trade up with us for McCarthy. After viewing McCarthy's College stats...do you really think that they would give up 3 first round picks for him? I don't see it. I can see that happening with one of the top 3 QB's though.
So, on NFL Radio this morning...they mentioned that the Patriots have received offers for the #3 pick. All of the offers were "LAUGHABLE" according to the Patriots. I wonder, did the Vikings offer them 3 first round picks? And they considered that "LAUGHABLE"...or did the Vikings only willing to offer 2 first round picks?
The way I see it, the teams that offered the "LAUGHABLE" offers are not going to offer us something Monti would do the trade down for...unless of course if Monti turns out to be an idiot....and then we are screwed for the next several seasons until Bidwill fires him. Oh, Mike fired one of our coaches after one year with a season of 3 wins. We had 4 wins last season, if that happens again...do you see Monti and J.G. still here?
Anyways, when I heard about the "LAUGHABLE" it gives me hope that we get Marvin...
JUST SAYIN...END ZONE....What do ya think?
My chief concern with ARZ trading with MIN #11 is their spot moves us out of the top 10. That's no big deal if MO guesses right. MO might need to trade back up into the top 10 if the #3 WR is okay (that should be Odunze). I read an article this morning criticizing Nabers background. Someone thinks he's got some dirt on the LSU guy. So what? Every kid in college has dirty laundry.
When all is said and done, I trust MO to do right with #4 and #27. Stick and pick is safe at #4. Take Harrison. Then pick an OL at the end of the night. Everybody will be happy.
