Any guesses on how many times today the broadcasters will mention K1 has never lost a game in AT&T stadium? Should probably make it a drinking game. I don't know how many times they mentioned it, ( I didn't start the drinking game until the second half...I needed it then lol ) but now K1 adds one more to it.

This post is mainly for the old timers like me that remember when we and the Cowboys were in the same division. We absolutely hated Americas team, yet no matter how good they were or how bad we were. We always gave them a game. For me this was no different. After the Cowboys smashed the WFT 56 to 14, we said take that Americas team. Man, that feels good. This may not be my favorite Cowboy beat down, but it's in the top three. Today was a good day not just for the todays Cardinal fans, but for us old-timers, it was sweet and the game of the year for me. Preach it Thomas. Younger fans do not realize the old wounds this type of win heals.

If he has to use a cane at this point in time....how can he be ready in the near future? I'm not ready to name Wesley a star, but he has stepped up. Not perfect yet, but going in the right direction.

Best quote from that speech... "when we don't beat ourselves, we are hard to beat "

One last thought for tonight. I am so glad everyone is in a good mood. What this one game has done for us forum members have uplifted us all. Sure, we still have more to do. But savor this moment. This kind of win is rare.... enjoy it.

My couple of thoughts about this game - - K2 made a mistake going for 2 in the 3rd qtr which really could have cost the cards -- I have a rule: Never chase "the point" and go for 2 until there is less than 10 minutes in the game. I've seen so many times that coaches who chase the point prior to the 4th qtr get bit in the butt a LOT !
- Dallas was the healthiest they've been all season while the Cards were missing their #1 OL, #1 RB, #2 & #3 in the secondary, #1 & #3 best WR and their top DL while also missing Jordan Phillips to stuff the run yet the Cowboys couldn't do anything on the ground.
- Wesley is a hidden gem
- What is wrong with Byron Murphy -- all 8 of the targets to his guy were caught !! ... he played so well in the first half of season but his PFF score in the 2nd half has to be one of the poorer grades in the entire NFL.
- Thank goodness - Andy Lee is back holding the ball for Prater.
- Simmons - can be a difference maker for the Cards on post-season but he needs to be more consistent which will allow the team to see more "splash" - game changing plays. VJ is finally sending him on the blitz's to the inside recently which is causing issues to the opposing QB's
- OL played much better and I know Jones had 2 penalties again but considering the Cowboys were lining up Parsons A LOT vs. Jones ... I didn't think he played that badly. The question is now when Hump returns - can the Cards get consistent play without critical penalty mistakes when Josh Jones goes back to RG ??
- Zaven -- will be interesting to see his PFF score as I know he did have a TFL with a nice play but a couple of times it appeared Hicks needed to change his positioning as ZC seemed confused on his assignment.
- Accuracy returned for KM1 though still not sure AJ Green and him are on exactly the same page. KM1 did complete a big gain but underthrew it and then later slight overthrow on a ball AJ Green appear to give up on going after the football with just his right hand -- Troy Aikman thought AJ Green should have made a better attempt and catch the ball.

About IX, above, I saw that KM 'overthrow' real-time and then watched the slo-mo HD replay. It looked to me like Green attempted to do 2 things: draw a PI on the DB that was in contact with Green's arm, and cradle-catch the ball with one hand, ala Odell Beckham or James Conner style. Green failed to do either thing. Green's one-handed attempt did look suspicious. Aikman was nice about it since no one knows what is going through Green's mind at any time. There was the other Green puzzler at the GB at ARI game. I'm sure CINCY fans can recall a few Green mis-plays too.
