With Kirk this year...and Reddick last year, do we have any other hidden gems playing out of their best position?

Thanks for chart, I am a math geek so numbers and charts are awesome.
According to some on here, hes still just a bum who's not very bright and can't even read a defense. Maybe that was the secret to success all along!

I could say Josh Jones but it appears Kugler/K2 have figured out bringing in older vets like Gilbert and Beachum to be stop-gap RT has gone beyond its usefulness. Much easier to find vet guards in FA than RT and a lot cheaper. HOWEVER - SK does need to look for Hudson's replacement soon so I hope the scouts are evaluating Matthews of Texas A&M (son of ex NFL Hall of Famer Bruce Matthews) However - I will add that I wish VJ/LB Coach Davis would look at how Quinn is using Parsons and unleash the Kracken (aka Simmons).

Its good to see our major offseason additions improve their grades this week (Watt, Green, and Hudson). Hudson has a long ways to go, but I remain optimistic. Announcers during the game stated that he's been keeping KM with the blitz assignments heavily as well.

and then there are those that say K2 is holding him back. Offense for Dummies ran by a QB who can't read defenses is defiantly the key

Curious if Hudson has anything to do with our guards performing or is it just KM escaping the pocket that well?

That is a beautiful chart! So, were is KM's blind spot? I don't see it in this data.

That is a beautiful chart! So, were is KM's blind spot? I don't see it in this data. See the red dot on top where he didn’t see triple coverage. Outside of that lights out. His completion percentage is proof in itself that he is reading defenses more times than not the red dot was a head-scratcher, but hard to say he had anything but a great day carving up the defense.

Yes, saw the red dot. That INT does not by itself overshadow an elegant QB performance.
I need to get some better video to understand why KM missed the Safety coverage (?). Maybe that defender was blocked from KM's view. I dunno. I doubt KM would throw into that coverage if he knew two defenders were closing fast.

What I want to know -- does the play design not have a WR on the left quarter to third of the field "occupying" that safeties attention ?? A WR going down the left hash 18- 20 yds or so and breaking to the left sideline would be a route that the safety would need to cover (especially if KM looked left before hitting his main target down the middle of the field 40 yds from the LOS.

He wanted a penalty, but it shouldnt of been thrown nonetheless.

It was two safety high and the intercepting safety didn't have to move five yards from where he was presnap and WR was bracketed on top of that. Triple covered. The simple read was Conner six yards deep with coverage over top. Two safeties high should be automatic short option first when they are giving that up. Take what they give and it wasn't a time crunch at that point. Like I said it was one bad read or blemish on almost perfect passing game. He probably thought he could zip it in trusting his arm, but Brett Favre couldn't have completed that one. The gun slinger is always two edged, but entertaining. If Holdgren saw Brett throwing one like that it would get a "less rocket man" response.
