Hallelujah! Now the obvious other 2 moves at the end of this season...letting go Wilkes and Keim...will restore my faith in MB. We still will be in a rebuild next year and unfortunately have lost 2018 towards that end.

Rosen is in a walking boot today! Way to go Wilks! have a feeling wills is not far behind..i will never forget what he did in the last 2 min keeping Rosen in the game, once it was clear it was over, was nothing short of criminal. They risked injury for what?

Hate to see anyone get fired but it's no different if I got fired for not doing my job at an exceptional level. In this case it had to be done.

McCoy is fired. Hallelujah. All fans are winners. It's like Cards fans sharing a piece of tonight's lottery payout.
The accountability doesn't stop with McCoy's dismissal. He may well be the first of several mistakes to become chum. The DC is next. Then HC and GM, if wins don't happen.

I'm in the 31st year of my professional career and I have never believed for one second that I wouldn't get the boot if I wasn't cutting it. McCoy gets paid, he failed, we all fail from time to time.

I can't see Keim surviving this, barring some unlikely turnaround with Leftwich that gives Wilks another year. Bidwill simply can't keep Keim while firing Wilks.

Let us rejoice 😁
I know not to expect an immediate improvement but I am happy that Damage Control was attempted.
Did anyone notice HC Wilks stating "I made the decision.." (to fire Wilks).
I wonder how much of that is accurate..why oh why cant I sit in on the meetings? I wouldnt make a peep.

Interesting that Gambadora on the radio is saying right now that Mccoy was gone today no matter what happened last night. They just made it even easier. 4 weeks too late if you ask me. Well Gambo also just stated that players have told him the first (2) TD's vs. the Bears were NOT McCoy plays but instead had been put in by Leftwich. Holy Sh@!..im excited!

THis is a good position for Lefwich. If he does well then great. If he doesn't then nobody is going to really bag him too hard. Lets hope he thrives. I think thats the perfect situation for most people to thrive in.

Yup if Wilks goes Keim has to go as well...there is no other path When I heard this morning about Rosen playing out the 4th qtr, and getting dinged while protecting the ugly 35-point deficit, I knew then that Wilks is not wise. He may be smart in some ways, but taking that kind of QB risk causes me to also question a wider range of his other decisions. 1-15 is a real possibility now. That is a serious franchise image stain and will cause MB to clear the decks.

Firing the OC is a start, but there are way too many problems for this team to turn things around this year. I dont mean turn around in winning, I mean turn things around to be at least competitive. Specially reading now Rosen is in a boot. WTF do you play your franchise QB while getting blown out? He wont learn anything, except pain apparently. But at least the offense gets to hit the reset button. Put Bradford back in and leave him in there and use your assets. The good side is I see a lot of good things for the future. The team has a legit WR threat with Kirk. They have a star in Rosen, we havent seen his full potential and a lot of bumps so far but not totally his fault. We still have one of the best RB's in the league who is a dual threat on the ground and in the air. The oline needs a BIG overhaul, need a better TE and better WR core to go around Kirk. But still a good start with Kirk. Defensively, to be honest a lot needs to be changed. First thing is first, get rid of the 4-3 and go back to a 3-4 then start building around that. You still have PP, hope they dont trade him. Still in his prime, one of the best CB in the league. Chandler Jones, one of the best pass rushers. They have stars on this team, the problem is the supporting cast is poo poo. Get a better supporting cast and this team can be the Rams of 2018.

how many weeks does fireing wilks scapegoat buy him? it starts at the top so I don't expect amy better from an oc change than a qb change. wilks is out of excuses now. he should be netx. well actually he should have been 1st and taken McCoy with him. trade deadline is coming up fast so the cards should unload dj and fitz if they can to free up money and slots for the next coach. but wilks is trying to shop buchanon, one actually earning their money. what a clown.
keim has a +500 record. wilks doesn't. infact McCoy as head coach had a 3X win rate as McCoy. McCoy is the worst coach in the cards history. there is no valid reason to keep him. none. current odds for wilks to win the superbowl are 50,000 to 1. worst in our history. probably as bad as clevlands at this point last year. we beat friscos backup and had to get lucky to do that. the cards wouldn't even be a good ncaa team with wilks.
