1. Everyone keeps saying how great Reddick played. Did he? He had a forced fumble. Cool. And what else? Because if he wasnt responsible for at least 130 yards of the 9ers offense, id be shocked. Anytime there was a 9er receiver running free, #43 wasnt far behind. Usually because that was his guy.
2. I would've preferred to lose that game. Now that they won, the coaches will think its working. Its not working. At all.
3. Larry may not get any of his all-time records this year, which would be a pitiful ending to a great career. They said at the end of the broadcast this was the 1st time in Larrys career he went 5 games without a TD.
4. The OL cant run block, but they are pretty OK pass blocking. They deserve that small kudos at least. Rosen has been kept pretty clean.
5. RE the OL run blocking, you have to keep in mind that if the D knows youre running up the middle every damn run play, then it becomes impossible to block for.
6. I despise Mccoys offense. The run up the middle is a wasted down. Id rather take a knee on 2nd down. At least save David the wear and tear.
7. That defensive performance was one of the worst ive ever seen. I could not care less about the takeaways. 10 yards gained per snap. It looked like we were playing prevent defense for 2 hours. The 4-3 zone defense is an unmitigated disaster.
8. Rosen played like a rookie, albeit not a bad rookie. I knew not to get too spoiled by game 1. He will settle somewhere in the middle.
9. Theres nothing wrong with DJ. When the D knows the play (up the middle) what can he do? Its not his personality to speak up and say this isnt working, unfortunately.
10. I dont know anything about Chase Edmonds, but Im sick of him and how much the coaches love him.
11. Where the heck is TJ Logan?
12. One of the unheralded storylines of the 2018 season is the disappearance of Corey Peters. Cards fans take him for granted, but for most of his career he was a top 15 DL. Monster run stopper all his life. Whats happened? I know guys lose a step, but hes absolutely fallen off a cliff. He might just want to retire and go home this week.

I hate to say it but see if New England would give us a 1st and trade Fitz. I bet he would play 2 more years for them. We need young players and I love Fitz so much let him go out number one.
I know Booooooooooooooooo.............

Poor Fitz, oh how my heart aches for poor Fitz. 15 years of voluntarily signing contracts paying big money, almost certainly for more than other teams were willing to pay. Contracts offered, contracts signed with full consent.
Oh my pardon me I am getting quite verklempt here... unable to keep my composure while I begin to sob uncontrollably.... the man is a SAINT and deserves better! If only he had a better advisor or something...{sobs uncontrollably}

Play calling on Offense is the worst in the league...hands down. Shocked with the opening long pass to Kirk and then we get the same s*%t for the next 55 minutes! Seriously??? McCoy hugging Wilkes after the game made me nauseous. We may as well get used to it since Mgmt (including Wilkes, Keim and MB) apparently will not make a change.

What do you expect from him? His OC runs him up the middle every play. Barely ever throw to him. For a guy who aspires to get 1,000/1,000 one cannot doubt hes extremely dejected in this offense. And as I said, its not his personality to speak up. So all he can do is sulk.

Face it. We got lucky and won. Only because the 49'ers were more inept than the Cards were. This team has a long way to go to be competitive. The O line sucks. Pugh to me was a big mistake. Why on earth would you sign an O lineman from a team who's O line was worse than ours ? Our WR are a joke. And I don't think you would get a 3rd rounder for Fitz. The guy is 35. No GM in his right mind is going to part with a 1st round for him at hos age.
The D is another joke. To me that says the coaches don't know what their doing. You don't all of a sudden go from one of the top run defenses for 4 years to trash. The only decent LB we have is Bynes. Also the DB are not the type you play off the ball with. Their bump and run not zone. Total misuse of the personnel and how they are used.
Just another set of coaches and head coach who is trying to put square pegs in round holes. Didn't we just go through that with BA and Wiz ? You would think after a while the brain trust would see their mistakes and get it right. But no. SOSDD ! This organization need to hire a football man as president of operations. One who has the final say so, and can veto any decision.
We finally have the most important piece. Our QBOF, but boy does this team need a lot more talent added to once again be able to play with the big boys.

We should bring back DWash at ILB.
Why the heck not? A pile of leaves could stop the run better than this team.
The 2018 Cardinals are officially in "Why Not" mode. Anything is on the table

And he knows it based on his lean-in body language. He used to run more "up." No more. Our beast RB can't get out of the backfield without a tackle grabbing at him. A sloth tackle no less! That's just weird. I saw DJ do that hop-step thing after a handoff a couple times yesterday. And so what. DJ still ended up bear-hugged by 2-3 defenders slanting in from almost every direction. DJ runs today like an old RB, like he's at the end of a hard 10-year career.

Wow, what a piss poor way to respond............ Sorry man but I am far beyond burned out on any and all "poor Fitz", "this is horrible for Larry he deserves better", "Larry deserves a ring, not this!" or whatever else is served up. The more of it I'll get the more I'll respond the same way. I don't aim to please, I just aim.

Here's how I'd sum up our "win". We can't stop the run. We can't stop the pass. We can't run the ball. We can't pass the ball.
Wilks was dead wrong about "there are no ugly victories". We just barely beat a JV team. That was hecka ugly.
Also, our HC needs to learn when to let go on hugs.
