I thought they looked much better this week. The Rams are a much better team than Washington and it's on the road. They played hard. It was a horrible mismatch in talent. You add in the fact that they have a really good QB and we paid a guy to come out of retirement and it's not a big surprise. Were a rebuilding team with a B QB and a completely new Coaching staff installing a new D and O. The Rams were good last year and are in the 2nd year of a very good program. We have 3 new starters on our OL including a rookie at Center. The owner gave the GM a new Contract to run concurrently with the new HC contract. Bidwil isn't going to fire anyone. Rosen should get some playing time this season. I wouldn't start him against the Bears. Yes Mack is that good. I would start him soon. Elevated QB play, even if it comes with turnovers could still improve the overall play of the team. You can't underestimate what our O is doing to our D. Sam and McCoy are taking the air out of the entire team. One thing I will say in the coaching staffs defense is since the new CBA which eliminated lots of practice and contact practice, putting in a new system with a huge new roster is much more difficult than before the New CBA. Bradford hasn't even been a B quarterback. Giving him a D so far would be insanely generous. There's no excuse for what we've seen. You can talk about "rebuilding" and new systems all you want. Nobody said we need to be a winning team. But these are new SYSTEMS, that's it. A lot of this team looks like they haven't even played football before, so learning a new system shouldn't look THAT rough. (And, I mean, McCoy's system is about as complicated as a 1st grade spelling test...) It's one thing to lose. It's another thing to get completed dominated and not even be able to cross the 50-yard line. You should never, under any circumstances, be that bad. Ever. The Redskins, who spanked the Cardinals, couldn't do anything against the Colts who don't even have a good defense. It's just pathetic.

We are not rebuilding with bad players and bad coaches. You need to read your own posts. Some of you get it,others are in fantasy land. The entire football sports scene is saying we have the worse team in NFL,not rebuilding ,not planning for the future. Josh Rosen can not win any games with this team, time to stop dreaming. So once again, please explain rebuilding with bad players and even worse coaches? That fans ,is a really lame excuse for an awful team. But we looked good in pre season, maybe that is what you base your excuse on?

Through the fog comes a voice of reason Rock they crossed the 50 yd line one time and that was after the game was well over and no one cared. That is a level of incompetence I didn't know existed except if peterman is leading your team.

Arians conducted a "rebuild" and he kept a competitive looking team on the field with and without a good QB. We gained a good player in David Johnson over last year's team that went 8-8. Wait for the home crowd boos next week....The Red Sea will roar again once Rosen finally takes the field. Bidwell will not be patient, clock is ticking on this crew. I hope you are right Smitty.

This is no question an 0-16 offense. They are unsurprisingly dead last 32/32 in all offensive categories. Unless theres some massive changes, we could very well possibly end with 1 win. Maybe. (probably 9ers). Because we have a very difficult schedule as is 49ERS definitely are a better team.

At least we didn't have a defensive back retire on us at halftime... Gotta look on the bright side right?!?

At least we didn't have a defensive back retire on us at halftime... Gotta look on the bright side right?!? I dont know what the fuss is all about. I thought that was hilarious People erupt at work and quit their jobs in the middle of the day all the time. Fans have such a romantic view of the NFL, they forget these are just guys going to work. Dude quit his job and walked out. Couldve been a DB. Couldve been a mailman. No big deal really

I found it hilarious as well. I see it more as unprecedented in the NFL. While it is somewhat commonplace in a typical work setting, I don't know if it's ever been done this publicly on the NFL stage.
I feel like it would be akin to working at a company that has 100K+ employees, and sending an email that just has a picture of a middle finger up to the entire company and their vendor databases. Again, hilarious, but not done often.
