Go Cowboys, Giants and Bills! Also, either the Ravens or Chiefs get a loss tomorrow. Let’s go 3-0!

This is a must win game, anything less than a 7 point lead at the end of the game will be disappointing... but as always, make sure we secure the win first!

DET's WR Golladay is playing today. This is his first game following a nagging pre-season injury. He pilled up over 1000 yards and over 10 TDs in 2019. Golladay is a dangerous WR and Stafford's main target.
Per NFL.com and CBS Sports:
"It appears Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford will have one of his main weapons back in action against the Cardinals today.
After missing the first two games of the season, wide receiver Kenny Golladay is expected to make his season debut against Arizona, according to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport.
Golladay has been battling a hamstring injury.
The fourth-year player out of Northern Illinois had 1190 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns last season."

The more media that I come across, the more I see pundits making the contrarian pick against us. Most of them chalk it up to an act of desperation by the Lions coaching staff. If they go 0-4 into their bye, then they might find themselves being replaced. Every game is a must win, and so is this one for both teams. However, one of them might be a cornered animal, and thus less predictable. I agree with your assessment of the Loins and this upcoming game. I believe that this will be the Cardinals toughest game so far this season and that it will be a close game and maybe go into overtime like last year. There are no easy games in the NFL and having to face a team that is 0-2, and staring at 0-3, will make this a difficult game.

Exactly, we could well lose this game. Must prevent the unforced errors with moving backwards penalties. We should pound the run game and take some deep shots. Use KM legs to keep chains moving. The Lions are wounded team and they will come out roaring.

The Lions are wounded team and they will come out roaring. The Cardinals have won 2 September games over the past 4 seasons combined (2-11-1). So what. 2020 is completely different than 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019.

The Cardinals have fared well when they have established the run game under head coach Kliff Kingsbury.
Since the start of 2018, they are 6-1 when they rush for over 150 yards.
Arizona has done this in each of its first two games to start the 2020 season.

DeAndre Hopkins already broke the NFL's mark for most receptions during the first two games with a new team, 22.
He needs 9 catches on Sunday to pass Eric Metcalf for most catches through the first three games with a new team.
He had 14 grabs in Week 1 and 8 last Sunday.

The Cardinals are 2-0 entering Sunday’s game against the Lions and are hoping to improve 3-0 for the first time since 2015 and for the 12th time in franchise history.

2020 Draft class stats are very thin.
Isaiah Simmons played 18 snaps (29.0 percent) on defense in Week 1 and 7 (10.6 percent) in Week 2.
He also added 4 special teams snaps in Week 1 (14.3 percent) and 7 (25.0 percent) in Week 2.
He has 3 solo tackles on defense and 1 on special teams.
Simmons is the only player from the 2020 draft that can be found on the team's stat sheets through 2 games.
The veterans and FAs are getting the job done while the rookies learn. All good.

Also telling was that not one UDFA made the team. A lot of hard working players never saw the field because of Covid
