Quick story about Jordan Love

Keep in mind, that none of the media I mean none have Jordan Love going

to the storied franchise of the Green Bay Packers. I remember devongent

was saying it was time to start thinking of a new QB for Green Bay

Then comes the official draft day and lo and behold

I hear this from the Commissioner.

"With the 20th pick of the 2020 NFL draft"

"THE GREEN BAY PACKERS SELECT QB JORDAN LOVE UTAH STATE."

I was stunned, so were the media, so was most of the forum

But our guy devongent was spot on.

Well today, the starting QB for Green Bay is Jordan Love.

Simply Amazing

If you could pick a jersey number what would it be?

We recently had a thread about our placekicker Chad Ryland.
The thread talked about him being our next Jim Bakken.
Bakken was a famous Cardinal placekicker back in the 60's
and 70's. He played 17 seasons in the NFL for the Cardinals.
he is still our all-time points leader with 1380 points.
I bring this up because Bakken was from Wisconsin and played
for the Badgers and was recruited at first to be a QB.
He was released in 1979 and it was a bit of a bitter ending.
Jim and his family later became Packer fans.
