Cards win but don’t cover for those of you that like to indulge yourselves at the local Sports Book…but…if they don’t win…rest assured I will pick against them in each and every game from here on out! Well, the game itself wasn't close, but the prediction result was a very tight affair.
Four entries predicted a Commanders victory and these were all within a whisker of each other - The Official Result is as follows -
GOLD MEDAL - cbltv - predicted 27 - 33 (with a combined margin of 22 points)
SILVER MEDAL - Vesely22 - predicted 27 - 31 (with a combined margin of 24 points)
BRONZE MEDAL - ricardo - predicted 22 - 25 (with a combined margin of 25 points and a lower margin score for the Cardinals than fourth place).
HONROUABLE FOURTH - CardSunsCard - predicted 31 - 34 (with a combined margin of 25 points, but with a higher margin score for the Cardinals).
It could be said (not by the author I would add, who remains staunchly neutral in such matters of debate) that the contest in the score prediction thread was the highlight of the weekend. Stand up on the podium all four! - Better luck next week to all others participants.
I did say in the OP to 'expect the unexpected' and mentioned about taking a fall, and that's what we got.

Can’t say I’m happy with the results. Cardinals laid an egg and the Fanbulance overheated. Good news it happened after I got home.
