The Cardinals start beating their divisional opponents can they or this rebuild be taken seriously. It starts with the Rams this Sunday. There really is no excuse to lose a home game to them this year. No Aaron Donald…a slew of Ram’s injuries…and Stafford pushing 36. Regardless of McVay and his brilliance as a head coach and game planner…it’s time. All the questions surrounding KM as a franchise QB started with McVay and the Rams undressing him in his first and only playoff game as a Cardinal. Well…it’s time to show that he is a franchise QB at the center of this rebuild. Beat the Rams…For the first time since whenever. And only until the Cards beat the Rams…and for that matter a Geno Smith lead and Pete Carroll less Seahawk’s team…not once but twice this year…will they become relevant again in the NFC West…IMO.

This is an absolute must win,
Resp, I can't agree more with you. When two of the division's coaches ( Shanahan, McVay) have your team figured out each time you play them. Your team has no chance of winning. All I keep seeing are Ls and until the w's start pouring in I am skeptical. I know a lot of fans are high on our coaches and for that matter our GM. But I have to see more on and off the field. Below are some of my thoughts
1. Kyler and Harrison should have played some in the preseason, You have a QB basically returning from injury who did play in some games last year Now you draft an outstanding WR. but yet you don't let them develop a real game rapport.
2. No real solid backup QB, Please Clayton Tune prove me wrong and become the next Brock Purdy at QB. The season is too long now and too violent for injuries not to happen not only by getting hit and twisted but just by dropping back (Palmer) or running (Murray).
3. Kyler Murray needs to step up his game. I am tired of these 200-yard games when you might have an elite WR corps.
4. No Edge Rusher No rush
5. being one dimensional on offense James Connor over and over again, even when the opponent stacks the box Did anyone see that stats of the Detroit win over the Rams. Look at the balance on offense.

I couldn't agree more with "Only Until..."
The NFL rule is always "Win the Division" and then we can talk about being the West's badasses. There was a time about 10 years ago that the Cardinals owned the Niners, Rams, and Seahawks. WE took for GRANTED the NFC WEST DIVISION.
Thank you again QB Warner and QB Palmer. Next is QB Murray who still hasn't consistently performed. The ACL rehab and time off hopefully will change his behavior and performance and lead to NFC WEST DIVISION wins again.
