The 33rdteam has a brand new article listing the top 5 for each position as the college football season starts this weekend. Of particular interest is this excerpt about the edge rushers in their article - Top 5 player ranking for each position - 2025 NFL Draft EDGE Rushers 1. James Pearce Jr., Tennessee 2. Mykel Williams, Georgia 3. Nic Scourton, Texas A&M 4. Abdul Carter, Penn State 5. Jack Sawyer, Ohio State The 2025 EDGE class is special and has significant talent at the top. Take your pick between James Pearce Jr., Mykel Williams, and Nic Scourton. Each can be a franchise-level defender soon. Right now, Pearce is the easiest to project as a surefire star, but the others have the tools to be on his heels soon. The fact that guys like Princely Umanmielen, JT Tuimoloau, Landon Jackson, and Patrick Peyton didn't make the top five reinforces how deeply loaded this positional group is.

I like L Jackson and Belac44 likes Sawyer…edge will be a strong class in 2025. Thanks for sharing

Since he stayed, I will need to see a bit more to decide where I would be willing to take him. He finished the year strong. Tuimoloau was a bit disappointing, but could come strong this year. Overall I agree, very solid class.

None of these guys will be available unless market trades up because the Cardinals will be picking 32nd... if we do make it to New Orleans. Please be there . If we win it than we owe you something in New Orleans. I’ll be there. I’m 45 minutes away.

I actually prefer to watch games on TV than in person so I can have cheap snacks and go to the bathroom in 30 seconds instead of 45 minutes
