After watching this...it explains a lot on player acquisition. Monti and Sears are a great combo. It was interesting to hear he helped Monti in his first scouting job for the Texans. The depth and length of his college and NFL scouting and his ability to recall scouting information and importance of athletic ability, measurables and ability to learn at a high level without off field issues is the recipe and it shows in the players aquired.

Excellent Podcast conducted with relevant and lively questioning. David Sears comes across great, he is evidently a knowledgeable and likeable guy who certainly knows the business.
Watching that gives lots of confidence in our FO's ability to scout and recruit. - We are in good hands folks, just hoping 'The Monti & Dave Show' sticks around here for the longer term.
