Funny how every obstacle that arises..Oh no Monti is caught with his pants down. Oh no here we go again...the Cards suck and everything they do is second guested.
Monti is at every practice and has cleaned up the roster and his staff under him. Fans may have concerns, but the way Monti has been performing as a GM in the desert, he has greater concern than the fan base does and more internal and external knowledge of the NFL and the players available and he is aware of the other rosters and possible future player options.

JG said, don't put too much in the depth chart or who plays. We get an idea of JG and Monti, but not the full Monti. They are not showing their hand or exposing themselves. It is early and there is evidence of very positive change. As fans...voice your opinion, but don't let anyone convince you the Cards are in panic or desperation mode.
We will find out soon what the actual results of the positive changes are. Monti is not going to expose his plans.
