Thanks for these old film clips. I watched every one of them in full. They bring back memories from another time. I won't comment on them all, but there are a couple of names I all but forgot about. Y. A. Tittle ( Giants ) He was almost before my time but one of the best in his era. Bobby Joe Conrad ( Cardinals ). You got to love those names. Another Cardinal that had a similar name as in two first names as their name was John David Crow. For whatever reason, I thought that was cool back then....hell, I still kind of do. Another thing in those clips was that the goal post was in the middle of the endzone. What were they thinking back then.....lol. Then there were the muddy fields. I got to admit, I kind of miss that. Nothing says football like players actually getting their uniforms really dirty with maybe a hint of blood stains. To add to the old film clips. I wanted shamelessly to plug my avatar. I may have posted a similar one before, but this is a new one to me. link
He was never a power runner, but you better use more than just your arm to take him down. Man, was he fun to watch.

Mel Gray highlights. Great receiver for the Big Red. Of course, I'm a big Mel Gray fan. His era was/is my favorite. Even more so than our SB run. So many good players and coaches at that time. When I clicked on your link, this popped up in the YT recommendations...so I clicked on it. Its only 3 minutes long and you won't regret watching it. Jim and Mel are getting a little long in the tooth, but it's good to see them both alive and well. Big Red legends Mel Gray and Jim Hart still cherish legendary connection
"Of Mel Grays 45 touchdowns, only ten were fewer than 20 yards"
also... "7 times in Mels career, he averaged 19 yards or more per catch."
I don't know if those are records, but I'm sure it doesn't happen very often.

Hall of Famer Larry Wilson. If you think Budda throws his body around, look at this guy.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roger_Finnie#60, OT Roger Finnie, blows open a garage-door-sized doorway for Metcalf to run through en route to the 65-plus-yard TD run. I wish we had guys like Finnie again. Maybe Ossenfort can find a few good men.
